Just because summer is nearly over, doesn’t mean there aren’t fun events in Deadwood. September is still a great time to visit. Plenty of music and excitement.

Deadwood Jam

The 26th Annual Deadwood Jam is September 16th and 17th. Two days of great concerts outdoors in Downtown Deadwood. Buy your tickets online and visit the website for complete details.

Oktoberfest is always a good time. Free Food, Wiener Dog Races and plenty of Polka Music. September 29th, 30th and October 1st 2016. Checkout the website for all the details.

Concerts at Deadwood Mountain Grand

Dwight Yoakam plays September 3rd at 8pm.

There is a Antique and Firearms show and auction on the 9th and 10th

Big and Rich play on September 30th at 9pm.

Don’t forget all the great attractions and there is a lot of great hiking near and around Deadwood. Mount Roosevelt is just a couple of miles out of town.  The historic cemeteries [Mount Moriah and St Ambrose] are sure to interest history buffs.
