When you are visiting Deadwood there are many camping options. They include campgrounds in town with full hookups, or Black Hills National Forest Campgrounds.
National Forest Camping
Roubaix Camping – this campground has 56 sites and is about 20 minutes south of Deadwood on US Highway 385. There is a small lake and all camp sites have fire rings. There are NOT hookups for water and electric.
Hanna Campground – Located in Spearfish Canyon about 20 to 30 minutes from Deadwood. The 13 Sites at this campground are located at 5,600 feet in a nice meadow.

Custer Crossing – Located near Roubaix Lake (about 20 minutes from Deadwood). Camping or cabin rentals contact at 800-699-6010.
Days of 76 Campground – Located near the Rodeo grounds and museum, this campground offers full hook-ups. There is free Wifi and the Deadwood Trolley stops here. Contact them at 605-578-2872.
Deadwood KOA – Full hook-ups, cabins and tent areas available. Plus a pool and hot tub. A shuttle can take you to downtown Deadwood. Contact at 800-562-0846.
