Take a Nice Ride

Deadwood is a great starting and or finishing place for a nice ride through the Black Hill.

Devils Tower – it is 75 to 90 miles from Deadwood depending on the route.

Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway – A popular drive with stops along the way to take in the natural beauty

Mount Rushmore – take a drive to the shrine of Democracy

Get a free map- most gas stations and hotels will have free Black Hills Maps, be sure to grab one.

Grab a Burger

While you are in the Deadwood Area you probably want to eat.  Some of the Best Burgers in the Black Hills can be found here.

Mustang Sally’s– right on historic Main Street, good burgers and a great place to watch the bikes rolling through town.

Lewie’s in Lead – My personal favorite is the Bacon Double Cheeseburger with onion rings, but I hear everything is good there

Sugar Shack – About 20 miles south of Deadwood on US Hwy 385, it is worth the drive.
